This house is a study into the potential for a complex site to accommodate the needs of a growing family, while creating a private yet light-filled urban sanctuary in the heart of New Farm. The house explores split-level design to create a range of spaces and outdoor terraces which offer flexible types of occupation and spatial experiences. The architecture is deliberately playful and eclectic, complimented by the client’s wonderful style and carefully curated garden. Panoramic city views from an elevated rooftop garden terrace complete the picture.
